We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support our enterprise and mid-market marketing efforts, with a focus on market activation and lead generation. The position will be responsible for the regional marketing plan and execution for DACH. This position will be part of the global European Marketing team, reporting directly to the Field Marketing Director.

  • Plan and execute lead generation activities for DACH (digital, social, prospecting)
  • Identify relevant target groups and communication platforms relevant for the region
  • Work with the local sales management in order to maximize the pipeline growth
  • Execute the regional account-based marketing program
  • Plan and organize regional events such as tradeshows, conferences, business breakfasts, meet-ups etc.
  • Creation of our local presence in the market, cooperation with the PR agency and localization of assets
  • Ensure the execution and further development of our online marketing strategy (content, SEO/SEA, web traffic)


  • Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in B2B Marketing
  • Good proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce and Linkedin
  • Experience in organizing business events such as seminars, conferences, meet-ups etc.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and strong sales drive
  • Creative and innovative contributor
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English and German speaking skills
